Sometimes people have birthdays to remember. I don’t know how many 80 year old men fall into this catagory but Rudy Giuliani was shortly after mocking the case and others who had already been served in Arizona over the fake credentials scam on Trump’s behalf.

I cannot say that I was ever one who thought of Rudy as America’s Mayor. His tenure as mayor was nothing exceptional aside for showing up on the site of the 9–11 Towers that collapsed. Any Mayor of New York would have the minimally required smarts to do so.
