It may be a big deal, but as Joe would say, it's no BFD. This has come about because Candidates are screaming that they are not getting sufficient help and want to know where the money is going,

There are two basic sources of campaign money. Big dollar donores and they have said they are through paying Trumps legal bills and were shutting their pipeline to the RNC. This announcement is to get those doners back into the fold.

The second source is gress roots or small dollar donors. This adds up to a significan amount, but Trump has had this under control all along. These are Trumpians and they would give to him regardless. Unless you are a person who is as tired of his shitshow candidates as you are you are the puppetmaster himself, you are sucked into his pipeline brobably for the duration of the campaign. Those small donors who are not of that ilk are simply not giving period, and if they are, they are giving to a very select few candidates directly. Candidates, that at least show some brain wave activity. And there are not many of them.
