JUDGE ALIEEN CANNON QUITE THE SPECTICAL

CANNON CONTINUES TO CONDUCT UNNESSARY HEARINGS BUT WON’T SET A TRIAL DATE.

It has been the pratice of Judge Aileen Cannon to wast he court’s time, the time of Lawyers and enevatably the presious time of “the people.” With all the rediculous hearings she has dreamed up there can be no doubt that Cannon is not doing the people’s work. She is not even dooing the Courts work.

For example, today Cannon is hearing arguements from Trump’s lawyers ar Jack Smith’s appointment as special counsel was unconstitutional and therefore the indictment filed by his office should be dismissed. This is quite a stretch and Cannon should know this. This issue was was already resolved in U.S. v. Nixon, the Watergate-era case. In addition, The arguments by Trump’s legal team have been raised unsuccessfully against previous special counsels For example, Robert Mueller and David Weiss.

This hearing is just one of three that Cannon is holding. She has praticed these time wasters enough that kicking this overall prosecution down the road has almost from the beginning appeared to be her gift to Trump, moving any possibility of the Court ajudicating the case befor the November election.

Court observors say that Cannon has operated in a highly unconventional style throwing Trump crumbs here and there but most importantly to delay…
