In a Speech before the election a speech from Russell Vought, now Trump’s Director of the Office of Management and Budget, in which Vought said, “We want the bureaucrats to be traumatically affected.”

As shocking an admission as this is, Vought went on to say,” We want them to not want to go to work because they are increasingly viewed as the villains,” and went on to say, “We want to put them in trauma.”

WHAT THIS SAYS ABOUT THE DIRECTOR OF OFFICE MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET

First, examine Vought’s comments in light of the magnitude of his position as a director of a department as important as Director od Office Management and Budget. A position of significance in the administration. Then consider the following issues of concern:
