Battleground States have Not Changed

The battleground states basically remain the same.

  • AZ
  • WI
  • OH
  • GA
  • MICH
  • N.C.

These 8 states get all the attention. That’s what effect the electorial college system has on our Presidential Politics. You see. Living in Missouri, we are not likely to get a visit from a candidate this late in the election, unless it is at a fundraiser. It your State is not on the list above, your vote takes on a bit of a lesser value that if you live in Georgia or Wisconson. Sadly, the electorial collage deminishes the concept of equal voter value. It is what it is, but in these times of divided government. This race remains tight. A few votes in this state or that state can change the outcome.

Many election watchers believe the race hinges most likely on Pennsylvania with its 19 votes. My estimation at this point has bot substantually changed over the past 6 days. Individuall shifts in the states in play have been small. often less than a full point in percentage.
