The speech was actually a wickedly good at calling out the former president. The fact that he didn't drop Trump's name into the speech is much ado about nothing.

I can't imagine anyone listening to the remarks not knowing that Trump was the party he was talking about. Good lord, it has been common political practice for years not to mention an opponent by name in your remarks if you can help it.
